We offer a 12-month warranty for factory defects from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required to claim warranty.

This warranty only covers defects/faults from manufacturing/workmanship that are discovered while using the product as recommended. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs or modification, improper storage, liquid damage, and natural disasters.

We reserve the right to repair components using new or refurbished parts, or if we’re unable to repair, we will replace the item up to our discretion.

Repair work performed by us does not reset your warranty period. After a repair is completed, your warranty will continue from the date of purchase or 90 days, whichever is longer.

All of our cams are interchangeable.

If you own one of our Flite V2 Combo models, you can use your V2 flex bars with the entire Flite Nano series.

However, the flex bars that come with our Flite V2 Vice machine are not compatible with the Nano series.

We always recommend you store your Flite Nano machine in a cool, dry place.

We always recommend using isopropyl alcohol to sanitize and disinfect your Flite Nano machine. To avoid soaking your machine, use paper towels or isopropyl wipes.

Yes, the motor getting warm is perfectly normal.

All rotary motors will warm up with use and load, and because the motor on the Eclipse is exposed and not encased in a body/frame like most other tattoo machines, you’re likely to notice it heat up more than you would any other machine.

A couple things that cause the Eclipse to heat up more are using the machine with cartridges without removing the return spring, and/or not using a foot pedal. Even so, the machine will still work fine.

If you are using the Eclipse with cartridges, we recommend removing the return spring as it will improve its performance. The membrane in the cartridge does the job of the return spring.

We occasionally manufacture limited edition color machines that are primarily sold at conventions or online based on availability. We do not manufacture machines by custom order or demand.
